  • We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling appointments. A valid credit or debit card is required when booking an appointment. The full amount can be paid with any card, cash, or apple pay at the end of your appointment.

    As your services are guaranteed reservations for you, full payment will be automatically charged to credit card or debit card on file for:

    No-show or missed appointments

    A 50% charge will be applied for:

    Less than 24 hour notification to cancel an appointment

    All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.

  • There is a 10 minute late grace period. You must be inside the salon, ready to be serviced by the 10 minute mark. If you arrive after 10 minutes we might not be able to service you due to the next client. If we are not able to accommodate you, 100% of the service will be charged as its considered a no show. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments due to the next clients reserved time.

  • If you feel sick please reach out and reschedule.

  • We ask you to please leave your children at home. You will not be able to attend to them as you are receiving your service.
